Do you have a free consultation?

We collect a $200 booking fee at the time of scheduling your consultation. You will receive legal advice during the consult and we will be unable to represent the opposing party in your case.

What do you charge for…?

Your retainer fee is dependent upon many factors. The attorney will quote your retainer after getting general details about your case during your consultation. Office staff cannot give retainer estimates.

What are your office hours?

Generally, our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Our office is closed for major holidays and anytime Jackson County official offices and courts are closed (i.e. weather).

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are offered at the discretion of the attorney and will require a debit or credit card on file to be auto-billed on a weekly, twice-monthly, or monthly basis for an amount no less than $300 total per month.
